Artista interdisciplinar que, interessada em coreografia, cinema, música e artes visuais, cria projetos híbridos onde explora a relação entre o corpo e o seu lugar simbólico através de um imaginário de poesia pragmática, ou realismo mágico, que justapõe o real e o irreal.&#38;nbsp;

Como criadora, assina as peças coexistimos [Festival Cumplicidades 2018], Artificĭu [Teatro do Bairro Alto 2021] e fio ^ [Fundação Serralves, Festival DDD, Porto 2024], vencedora do Prémio Autores 2025 – Melhor Bailarina e reconhecida como uma das melhores performances de 2025 pelo Jornal Público.&#38;nbsp;
Cria também uma série de peças em co-escrita como é o caso de frente-a-frente&#38;nbsp;com Vahan Kerovpyan [Cultura em Expansão 2024],&#38;nbsp;Castōr e Pollūx considerate lillia com a irmã Teia Campos&#38;nbsp;[Teatro Municipal do Campo Alegre 2022], sublinhar com Marta Cerqueira&#38;nbsp;[2018] , Fazer ideia [Festival Cumplicidades 2025] e Fazer Ideia Nº&#38;nbsp;2. [Fundação Serralves
 2026]&#38;nbsp;com João Grilo.&#38;nbsp; Está atualmente em processo de criação de SINGE com Mathilde Bonicel [França 2027].Colabora ou colaborou com Sofia Dias &#38;amp; Vítor Roriz [Sons Mentirosos Misteriosos 2020-2024], Flora Détraz [Muyte Maker 2018-2023], Kalle Nio [Cutting Edge 2016-2018] e Tânia Carvalho [Icosahedron 2011-2018].

 No cinema, colaborou no filme de animação Bau Probe de João Calixto [2022] e participou em longas-metragens como A Metamorfose dos Pássaros de Catarina Vasconcelos [2020], AMOR FATI de Cláudia Varejão [2020], Body-Buildings de Henrique Câmara Pina [2021], CURA#1 de Joana Peralta [2023]. Atualmente, está a colaborar com Marco Martins e quer fazer mais cinema. Na música, é cofundadora das bandas Sopa de Pedra [2013], com dois álbuns lançados, e Tigre [2022], onde intervem como compositora, performer-música e grafista. 

Já colaborou em gravações ou atuações ao vivo com José Mário Branco, Júlio Pereira, Fausto Bordalo Pinheiro, Manel Cruz, Lula Pena, Amélia Muge, Perota Chingo, Luca Argel, Retimbrar e Capicua.
Além disso, expôs os seus bordados e objectos-poema em exposições na galeria Le Non-Lieu, em Roubaix [Small is beautiful 2014, 2016, 2018], e na Fundação de Serralves no Porto [2024]. Partilha as suas práticas artísticas através de workshops em Portugal, França e Bélgica, explorando o cruzamento entre voz e corpo.
Teve formação em violoncelo e canto no Bando dos Gambozinos e no Conservatório de Música do Porto [2000-2007], graduou-se na Escola Superior de Dança [Lisboa 2011] e especializou-se no PEPPC - Fórum Dança [Lisboa 2012], Escola Internacional de Teatro Jacques Lecoq [Paris 2013], Curso de Formação de Animadores Musicais [Porto 2014] e Curso de Ritmo com Santiago Vazquez [Lisboa 2023].&#38;nbsp;

Interdisciplinary artist interested in choreography, cinema, music, and visual arts, creating hybrid projects that explore the relationship between the body and its symbolic place through an imaginary rooted in pragmatic poetry or magical realism, juxtaposing the real and the unreal.As a creator, she has signed the works coexistimos [Festival Cumplicidades 2018], Artificĭu [Teatro do Bairro Alto 2021], and fio ^ [Fundação Serralves, Festival DDD, Porto 2024], awarded the 2025 Authors’ Prize – Best Dancer and recognized as one of the best performances of 2025 by Público Journal.

Her training includes cello and singing at the Porto Conservatory of Music [2000-2007], a degree from the Escola Superior de Dança [2012], the PEPPC program at Fórum Dança, the Jacques Lecoq International Theatre School [2013], the Music Animators Training Course [2014], and more recently, the Rhythm Course with Santiago Vazquez [2023].

FIO^ é um espectáculo na primeira pessoa
não uma pessoa retórica
como na stand-up comedy,
não uma pessoa estável
como no universo romanesco em lenta necrose,
não uma pessoa decorativa
como numa certa dança neo-clássica
que se traveste de pujança non-stop
para supostamente falar de fragilidade.


FIO^ é um percurso feito de descontinuidades
a que a voz off 
que nos fala ao ouvido
ao mesmo tempo que fala consigo mesma
confere um tom diarística
quase low profile em regresso de viagem
quase hesitante quanto à pertinência da confissão
mas segura dos poemas cénicos que permitem a sublimação.


FIO^ abre com uma cortina fechada
e uma hierática presença de divindade nórdica
capaz de chorar as pérolas que nem os porcos não ousarão devorar
se chorar for mesmo chorar-se
e chorar por e para e com e sem e até e porque
e não obstante


FIO^ traz-nos um chapéu de sombra
um crocodilo de companhia
um chariot dançante
uma colecção de cortinas friorentas
uma esqueleto de tenda astral
um oceano quase portátil
uma confidência à procura de pernas e braços
mas sobretudo
uma voz que se faz luz
uma luz que se faz voz
E a Inês a quem disseram e que a si mesma «caga nisso!»
transforma o palco num palácio com vista para o mar da plateia
pronto a acolher os muitos muitos que mendigam escuta.

FIO^ is a first-person spectacle, not a rhetorical person like in stand-up comedy, not a stable person like in the slowly necrotizing universe of the novel, not a decorative person like in a certain neo-classical dance that disguises itself as non-stop vigor to speak of fragility supposedly. FIO^ is a journey made of discontinuities to which the voice-over that speaks to our ear while speaking to itself lends a diaristic tone, almost low profile, returning from a trip, nearly hesitant about the relevance of confession, but sure of the scenic poems that allow sublimation. FIO^ opens with a closed curtain and a hieratic presence of a Nordic deity capable of crying pearls that even pigs would not dare to devour if crying is truly crying and crying for and because and with and without and until and why and notwithstanding FIO^ brings us a shadow hat a companion crocodile a dancing chariot a collection of shivering curtains a skeleton of an astral tent an almost portable ocean a confidence searching for legs and arms but above all a voice that becomes light a light that becomes voice And Inês, who was told and who herself said, "forget about it!" transforms the stage into a palace with a view of the sea of the audience ready to welcome the many who beg to be heard. &#38;nbsp;&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;

Fazer ideia nº 2 é uma performance de Inês Campos e Grilo desenhada para habitar espaços não convencionais. O projeto explora a relação entre o corpo e o espaço simbólico, articulando realidade e imaginação através de uma lente simultaneamente poética e pragmática. Estrutura-se através de um texto diarístico em forma de carta que convoca questões em torno do desejo e do propósito coletivo, da importância das partes que compõem um todo, o mundo e as estruturas que o sustentam. Partindo do convite para ativar a obra Abrir janelas à pedrada (2025) da artista visual Fernanda Fragateiro, Inês Campos e Grilo constroem um gesto contínuo em que corpo, som, texto e ação se entrelaçam numa prática poética de transformação, multiplicidade e imaginação partilhada.Fazer ideia nº 2 is a performance by Inês Campos e Grilo designed to inhabit non-conventional spaces. The project explores the relationship between the body and symbolic space, articulating reality and imagination through a lens that is simultaneously poetic and pragmatic. It is structured around a diaristic text in the form of a letter that raises questions about desire and collective purpose, the importance of the parts that make up a whole, the world, and the structures that sustain it. Starting from the invitation to activate the artwork Abrir janelas à pedrada (2025) by visual artist Fernanda Fragateiro, Inês Campos e Grilo constructs a continuous gesture in which body, sound, text, and action intertwine in a poetic practice of transformation, multiplicity, and shared imagination.

Fazer ideia é uma performance multidisciplinar de Inês Campos e Grilo que habita espaços não convencionais e propõe uma experiência coletiva, sensível e participativa. Entre texto em voice-off, gestos coreografados, lipsync, música ao vivo e ações simbólicas, desenha-se uma coreografia social onde público e performers partilham tempo, escuta e presença. 
A partir de uma carta dirigida à artista Fernanda Fragateiro, e inspirada na sua escultura "(Não) Ligar Arco-Íris", a peça reflete sobre o trabalho coletivo, desejos comuns, a delicadeza como força, e o invisível que nos liga. Fios, bandeiras, cerejas, espelhos e instrumentos são utilizados como elementos de ligação, num ambiente festivo e poético. Fazer ideia é um convite ao jogo, à celebração do estar juntos e à construção de um ecossistema de afeto e imaginação partilhados. Tudo é comum, tudo em comum.

Fazer ideia is a multidisciplinary performance by Inês Campos and Grilo that inhabits non-conventional spaces and proposes a collective, sensorial, and participatory experience. Blending voice-over narration, choreographed gestures, lipsync, live music, and symbolic actions, it unfolds as a social choreography where audience and performers share time, listening, and presence. Inspired by a letter addressed to artist Fernanda Fragateiro and her sculpture (Não) Ligar Arco-Íris, the piece reflects on collective work, shared desires, gentleness as strength, and the invisible threads that connect us. Strings, flags, cherries, mirrors, and instruments are activated as connecting elements in a festive and poetic atmosphere. Fazer ideia is an invitation to play, to celebrate being together, and to build an ecosystem of shared affection and imagination. Everything is shared, everything in common.

Um espetáculo sobre famílias e para famílias
 A show about families and for families


Eu e a Inês, e eu e a Teresa, nascemos no mesmo dia. A Teresa dois anos antes e a Inês dois anos depois, com o sol nas duas estrelas mais brilhantes da constelação de gémeos - Castōr e Pollūx. considerate lilia agri quomodo crescunt&#38;nbsp; (pensa nos lírios do campo e como eles crescem) está escrito como um amuleto na lareira dos avós e traz mote ao nosso crescimento: fazer muitas perguntas sem grandes respostas. Neste projecto com cariz declaradamente biográfico, revisitamos cúmplices e íntimas o arquivo de filmagens do nosso pai sobre o crescimento e a história do nosso afecto, para reconstruir os jogos, viagens, histórias, planos e memórias, amigos, calores, amores e desamores, manhas, tiques, jeitos, e as músicas em que revemos as raízes das nossas personalidades, tão iguais quanto diferentes.


Inês and I, and Teresa and I, were born on the same day. Teresa two years before and Inês two years later, with the sun on the two brightest stars in the constellation of twins - Castōr and Pollūx. considerate lilia agri quomodo crescunt (think of the lilies of the field and how they grow) is written like an amulet on our grandparents' fireplace and brings the motto to our growth: asking many questions without great answers. In this openly biographical project, we revisit, accomplices and intimates, our father's filming archive on the growth and history of our affection, to reconstruct the games, travels, stories, plans and memories, friends, heats, loves and dislikes, tricks, tics, manners, and songs in which we review the roots of our personalities, as equal as they are different.

Artificĭu explora temas e símbolos que caracterizam as leis da percepção na mente humana. 
Entrelaçando as linguagens da dança, cinema, teatro visual, magia e música, numa colagem mutante de diálogos, referências e imaginários que habitam o corpo, Inês e Dylan&#38;nbsp;brincam com as suas expectativas de tempo, memória e beleza numa realidade que&#38;nbsp;salta entre o invisível e o tangível,&#38;nbsp;a ficção e o “real”,&#38;nbsp;polirritmia e uníssono.


Artificĭu explores themes and symbols which characterise the laws of perception in the human mind.
Interweaving the languages of dance, cinema, visual theater, magic and music, in a mutating collage of dialogues, references and imaginaries that inhabit the body, Inês and Dylan play with their expectations of time, memory and beauty in a reality that leaps between the invisible and the tangible, fiction and the “real”, polyrhythm and unison.
